Description
The Analytik Jena UVP Chromato-Vue Cabinet C-10 is a mini UV viewing cabinet. It blocks out ambient light to create a controlled dark environment, while protecting the users eyes. This allows materials that glow under UV light to be observed for applications such as forensic analysis, mineralogy and quality control.
Designed for use with compact and handheld UV lamps, the C-10 comes complete with a 6 watt, 0.16 amp, 254/365 nm lamp. An integrated contrast control filter absorbs the UV energy to protect the wearer. The generous viewport has adequate space for eyeglasses to be worn while using the instrument. And the lightweight access curtain blocks out external light and allows easy placement of materials or objects. Externally the C-10 measures 23 x 27 x 30 cm approximately.
