Description
The Agilent 1220 Infinity LC System is a high quality, integrated Liquid Chromatography system for routine HPLC analysis in analytical and QA/QC labs. The LC system is optimised for everyday productivity with its exceptional accuracy and superior precision, as well as its high precision of retention time and area, precise gradient formation and excellent signal-to-noise ratio for all routine applications.
The integrated system features a binary low pressure dual gradient pump, autosampler, Poroshell 120 column and column compartment and a variable wave detector. The dual gradient pump has a flow range from 0.2 up to 10ml/min, with low pressure mixing and an integrated degasser. Whilst, the VWD Detector has an 80Hz data acquisition rate and wavelength range from 190nm up to 600nm . Additionally, the Autosampler can operate up to 600 bar, with an injection volume range from 0.1 to 100μL and a capacity of 100 x 2ml vials; and the column compartment is currently holding a 4.6 x 150mm Agilent column.
